Konga: A 50 Minute High Intensity workout that includes dance styles such as hip-hop and dance hall, mixed with exercises such as boxing and cardio routines. Sundays 10am-10.50am, at Studio Intensity in Midvale. $10 cash per class.
Burn + Konga : A 40 Minute workout that mixes a weight workout with dance routines for an overall body toning workout. $15 per class or $10 per class if you bring your own dumbells. Time and location still to be decided ( most likely a monday/thursday night at Midvale or Hazelemere).
