This ideally located, self contained unit has everything you need at your fingertips. Metres away from public transport, supermarket, 24 hour gym and 24 hour McDonalds/McCafe (if you so desire!), less than 10min drive to the city or Flinders University, walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops.
The unit features a new and comfortable pillow top queen size bed, walk in wardrobe, free Wi-Fi, bathroom with laundry facilities (washing machine), clothes line, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven and microwave, new BBQ, TV and sofa bed. Kitchen will have further upgrades and new appliances installed during August 2016. Reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating and electric blankets will keep you comfortable. There is a small outdoor courtyard with chairs and table to enjoy.
The accommodation features a separate lane way entrance from the main house and has its own fenced off courtyard garden. There are no common areas between the unit and the main house so you will have complete privacy, however I am more than happy to help guests with any questions.
Breakfast provisions are provided - cereal options, seasonal fruit (subject to availability), milk, tea making facilities.
I endeavour to make house as chemical free as possible with cleaning products used at each guest changeover (Enjo and eco-friendly products). If you do require a chemical free environment due to a medical or health reason, please let me know in advance so i can prepare the unit appropriately.

LOCATION
Clarence Park is a beautiful, city fringe suburb located just 4km from the city. The unit for booking is located at the rear of the owner's 1900's bluestone cottage with a completely private laneway entrance and separate garden. The South Eastern suburbs of Adelaide are considered very safe.
Clarence Park is perfectly situated near the Adelaide Royal Show Grounds, within 5mins walk to 24 hour Goodlife gym, supermarket, 24 hour mini-mart (with Subway sandwich bar), shops and a lovely 25min stroll (or less than 4 min drive) through some of Adelaide's finest streets to the King William Road, Hyde Park area - famous for fashion, cafe and dining options. Explore the local Adelaide Farmers Market (located in the Adelaide Royal showgrounds) every Sunday morning, just 25 minutes walk away. There are at least 4-5 op shops within 1-10 minutes walk as well as a delicious vegan bakery and vegan shopping mart.

The booking is for up to 2 guests, however extra guests can be accommodated at a small extra charge for bed and linen. The brand new sofa converts into a double sized bed or other mattress options available. There is a small concertina door for added privacy between the kitchen/lounge and main bedroom area.

GETTING AROUND
I have loan Metrocards for guest use (please top back up to value as you found them before you leave, can be done online) which can be used on Adelaide's public transport network.
Bus - The bus stop is only a few meters from the front door (taking you to the city - via Chinatown and the Central Markets and then through North Adelaide past the Women's and Children's hospital and Adelaide Oval, or South to Flinders University or Marion shopping centre)
Train - Millswood railway station is 8 minutes walk (700m) or 15mins walk to Clarence Park railway station.
Tram - taking you to Glenelg beach or the Entertainment Centre via the city, less than 5 minutes drive or 20mins walk away (1.6km).
Airport - 15mins drive/8.9km (allow 30mins incase of traffic). About $25-$30 by taxi
Beach - If you have a car, Glenelg is around 15 drive (8km)
Wineries - McLaren Vale is only 30mins drive south
Off street carpark is available only 50m away.
