The Hangi Pit

The Hangi Pit is, at the moment, specially a Kiwi takeaway restaurant serving all food in takeaway containers. These foods include the best fish and chips, fresh New Zealand Seafood, Fried Bread, Burgers and the 'Hangi in a roll'.

Along with locations in Brisbane, We have brought traditional Maori food to the Gold Coast to educate and show all you Aussies how amazing our food really is.

Since 2013 after the opening of our shop, the Hangi pit has built a strong regular customer base with many Kiwi's and Australians shuffling through the door every day. Some of them have been generous enough to leave us some kind words and refer us to their friends.
