We want to eat how our parents and grandparents ate. Wholesome, nutritious, simple, unprocessed, chemical free and local whole food. We believe that this is the key to better eating and a far better life.

We love to celebrate the simple pleasures of yesterday's food and because great food is not just about the ingredients, its about everything that makes a meal. How and what the food is cooked on? Where did it come from? Who grew it and how far has the food come before it gets to your home and on your family's dinner plate? These are all the questions we ask, not just for our family's food but for every single ingredient we use in our products that we make and sell to you. You can be assured that when you shop with us that each ingredient has been thoroughly reviewed by us.

We have started with breakfast, it really is the most important meal of the day. I have hand blended our own organic raw muesli for myself and my family for a while now and want to share that with you. We will also have takeaway healthy dinners available soon!
