The pre-requisite of being a member is that no one gets left behind. That and we respect each individual for where they are in their personal journey.

As CHEK Coaches the face to face services, physical workouts and even the dietary suggestions are based on listening to your body. We are so very clever already, some tools to fine tune and a spring clean of the message circuits is what we focus on.

Individual bodies, heritages and lifestyles, means individual bio chemistry. So the mainstream cookie cutter approach to health, lifestyle and fitness is limiting.
