Deposit and Appointment Terms & Conditions

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• No artwork or designing will be commenced until a deposit has been placed.

• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.

• Your deposit will be held as security throughout the duration of your tattoo. If your tattoo requires multiple sittings, the deposit will be held until the final session.

• If you cancel your appointment and do not reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.

• You must notify the studio within 24 hours if you cannot keep your appointment and wish to reschedule. Your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment.

• If you fail to schedule your appointment within 30 days after your deposit has been placed and you have made no contact with the studio during that time, your deposit will be forfeited and any artwork created for you will become available as 'tattoo flash'.

• Any custom work created for you remains the property of The Freaky Tiki Tattoo Lounge.

• If you are a 'no - show' for your booked appointment, and fail to make contact with the studio, your deposit will be forfeited.

• If you are a no show for two consecutive occasions, with no contact, your deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to reschedule, payment in full will be required upon booking.
