Hi, I'm Roxanne and I am currently studying a Diploma of Food Coaching, but have been helping clients with healthy eating advice at Ignition Fitness for the last 4 years.

I also live a double life as a personal trainer and a mum of 2 under 4 years so I have good grasp on healthy eating while juggling life and training while not missing out.
