Along the lines of those famous NYC Jewish delicatessens, our philosophy is simple: using fresh, local produce we aim to make most of the menu items ourselves from smoking pastrami and pickling to even making our own soft drinks and baking fresh bagels every day.

Set in the leafy streets of North Adelaide, it's a little slice of New York nestled in our own beautiful city.
