The Fitness Challenge was setup to help people become fitter, faster, stronger, more agile, coordinated and generally feel better about themselves. The Fitness Challenge is lead by Stewart Neale, a long time serious fitness fanatic with a Black Belt in traditional Kung Fu and another 10 years in other martial arts.
The Fitness Challenge runs high intensity Boot Camps, Personal Training sessions and Kung Fu classes. Coach Stewart is an NASM MMA Conditioning Specialist and has completed coaching courses in Olympic Weight Lifting.
As well as this Coach Stewart has been a keen competitor in most sports, led his University team in Basketball and competed in Cross Training competitions years before CrossFit existed.
