Hi! I'm the Eco Friendly Fungi :) I take waste streams from local business and use them to grow gourmet mushrooms. I use the spent grain from Monk Brewery and spent coffee grounds from the cafes of Fremantle as my growing substrate to produce fresh, local and eco-friendly oyster and shitake mushrooms. My mushrooms are not only delicious with super powered healing properties, they also keep waste out of landfill. Once the mushrooms are finished growing the remaining substrate is then used as a nutrient packed soil amender for your garden!! Enjoy x
