We are the only Western Australia cider makers using REAL cider apples that have been selected for their cider making properties over hundreds of years.
The majority of Australian cider is made using eating apples, which is like a winemaker trying to make wine made from the grapes in the supermarket.
We do not use apples that we do not grow, and we do not use reject eating apples. Our Ciders are very different from those made with reject eating apples.
It has taken us many years to establish our orchards of cider apple trees, and it takes us nearly two years to make our naturally sparkling Ciders.
