This page is all about food, recipes, foodie pics, info on up and coming workshops that I'm teaching, and food related matters of interest.

My workshops are all about the simple pleasures of people gathering together to prepare, cook & eat beautiful food, with loads of extra cooking tips thrown in too.

Im also running workshops aimed at people that may be interested in a future within the food industry.

I have a Greek heritage and will share some of the beautiful food I grew up on.

I like to make things from scratch…but then I like good quality convenience food too. So I'll share recipes on both!

I'm also delving into the genre of vegan & raw foods allot these days…discovering absolutely delicious and adaptable recipes, that are not only good for our bods, but good for our souls!

I really have no one single ideology when it comes to food preparation and eating! I have many :)

We are blessed to be living in a country that is so plentiful and varied in choice of high quality and interesting food.

In saying that, I also volunteer for a soup van organisation and see another side to the food experience.
This experience makes me look at myself and the way I buy food. Wastage is a pet hate of mine, and I like to sometimes just look into my fridge or pantry and think creatively with the ingredients I already have!
It was something we did at culinary school.
We were given "mystery" trolleys and were told to cook, using limited supplies and our imagination!
