The Coopers Network

Beginning in 2000 as Cooper Promotions and Management (Aust+UK), THE COOPERS NETWORK evolved after our CEO and founder, Angie Cooper, discovered the need for local musicians to have trusted representation locally without having to move away from their hometown.
After three years of business development, and beginning with offering Music Mentorships to young local performers, THE COOPERS NETWORK took on its first clients, local Colac band, THE WISE GENTS. Obtaining radio airplay and a live interview with Deb Davie of Mixx FM, Geelong, THE WISE GENTS developed into one of Colac's premier modern punk rock bands who still perform today.
Offering distribution, sales and promotions was her next step in expanding THE COOPERS NETWORK via the development of CCR Australia (Coopers Crewzas Records), being Colac's very own record label. Still in development, CCR Australia has represented many international and Australian independent performers making many and varied contacts world-wide in the music industry including contacts in USA, UK, Italy, France and Indonesia.
Angie, an accomplished multi-instrumentalist, began Coopers Music School, a rock music school offering tutoring in music theory, acoustic and electric guitars, drums and percussion, violin, vocals and songwriting. She has a steady stream of eager music students ranging in ages from five years to adult. Her keen ear for music and unending patience makes her an ideal music teacher for all.
As a further expansion, Angie added Coopers Rock Photography to the mix to create a one-stop-shop for promotional, live gig, CD/DVD cover and personal phototgraphy. With 15 years experience in photography speicalising in still life, nature and rock photography and working for many local and out of town bands/performers, Angie is a friendly and sought after photographer who offers the best deals!
