The Cooks Co-op

The Cooks Co-op HQ is located at Sackville, NSW, just over an hour from Sydney’s CBD. It’s a place where produce is grown with chefs in mind.

In 2013 Martin Boetz established ‘The Farm’ which is the hub of this exciting and fresh agricultural project. Having been part of the Australian food scene for over 20 years, Martin’s vision of chefs having influence and control over their produce from before-seedling right through to the diners experience is now coming to life in this project. The Cooks Co-Op focuses on sustainable farming, the distribution and promotion of quality chef grade produce and, importantly, educating the chefs of Sydney on how to work with high quality seasonal produce.
