The Colliefields

The Colliefields Brasserie is now open for your enjoyment from 7am weekdays and 8am weekends and Public Holidays until 6pm Monday - Wednesday, till 8pm Thursday - Saturdays and we close at 4pm on Sundays and Public Holidays.

With our fabulous All-DAY Menu, generously portioned meals and snacks and scrumptious cakes made right here, gourmet coffee and 30 different types of leaf tea served in a glass teapot on a burner, we have something for everyone in a fabulous relaxed atmosphere.

Where else can you get freshly cooked Pizza, or amazing Ribs or Marinated Steak for Brekkie? Or our famous Bennie Ciabatta or Collie Big Brekkie for lunch or dinner?

We have Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan Options available including the awesome Rawsome range of decadent treats.

We have 14 rooms available in our Accommodation, from our basic Backpacker Rooms through to our lovely Ensuite Rooms with our lovely rainfall showers. Come and join us and meet new friends in our upgraded accommodation with a fabulous new look and a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

We now stock a small range of giftlines and gourmet produce from the local area including amazing olive and citrus products.

We will be expanding this range to showcase quality produce and products from Collie and the surrounding districts.
