Liz is an educator, facilitator and health promotion professional. She is an accredited meditation teacher with ATMA (Australian Teachers of Meditation Association) and a massage and Reiki therapist accredited with ATMS (Australian Traditional Medicine Association).
Liz initially trained with the NSW Department of Health in relaxation and stress management teaching for the Department in NSW.

Liz writes and conducts stress management, relaxation and meditation courses (and lots of other courses too).

Her signature strengths are her ability to fuse her passion and love of learning into her courses and nothing gives her more joy than to see her participants and clients flourish in their quest for a healthier more meaningful life.

She describes herself as a health, well-being and wellness gentle warrior.
