The Chef Spoon provides catering, meal bases, jams, relishes and more free from additives and most major allergens. Our chef Paul has spent 16 years working in the hospitality industry, having a child with multiple and severe food allergies and intolerances has seen him realise the many difficulties accessing catering and convenience foods when dietary restrictions are a concern. His love for food has evolved to see him passionate about food for everyone, tasting delicious, being easy to prepare and access and eating being an inclusive and relaxed part of life for all.

The Chef Spoon is located in beautiful Ballarat, we strive to use locally grown produce as much as possible. We can often be found along with many of the local growers who supply us with many of our ingredients at the farmers markets in the Ballarat area.
