The Butcher and His Knife is known for its top quality products with a wide range of beef, lamb, pork, chicken,seafood, kangaroo, small goods, gourmet sausages, crocodile and other game meat.

All our meat products are sourced from leading suppliers throughout Australia, predominantly from the South West of Western Australia.

There is also a range of Local and Aussie Seafood available. Kimberley Threadfin Salmon, Kimberley Barramundi, Exmouth Prawns and lots more. Fish is processed and snap frozen on the boat. Once thawed, quality and freshness is guaranteed.

The Butcher and His Knife is about quality products and great service. The butchers like to get to know the customer and give advice based on their knowledge of the customer’s needs.

Dan and Sharon have been fortunate enough to secure the business from Paul and Esther that has been built using quality product and service and nothing will change.

We have been in Broome for nearly 4 years and have decided to settle. Dan has a long history in the meat game, meat inspection and health inspection and a qualified butcher and after numerous years has returned to the business he is passionate about.

Sharon has long history in customer service and marketing and together we look forward to continuing provide genuine quality to the Kimberley.
