The Bowery Boys was a New York gang from the 1840’s, notorious for running the local cured meat and smoke houses, and keeping it all in the family. It also happens to be the name of the newest restaurant on the Darby Street strip, which specialises in all that is smoked, cured and pickled.
Well actually the menu has a lot more to it than that, not only does it have a fantastic array of smoked and cured meats, it also celebrates what is local, fresh and seasonal.
