The Blue House

The Blue House is a unique Beach House that offers an elevated open plan upstairs area with a self contained flat downstairs . It is located opposite the Caravan Park and Lagoon and is only a short stroll to the Breakwalls for a stunning walk at anytime of the day . The shops , Pub and Club are all within walking distance .

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a day bed and can sleep up to 6 people (max 4 Adults). The kitchen lounge and dinning area have been opened up which makes for a comfortable stay . There is one bathroom, toilet and laundry area . The elevation collects any available breeze from most directions and has a front balcony and rear courtyard that overlooks the entrance to the Manning River.

Downstairs is a fully self contained flat with kitchenette, laundry, Bathroom, toilet plus a combined sleeping and living area that comfortably sleeps 4 people . Mostly suitable for 2 adults and 2 children or the grandparents! Opens up onto a lower balcony area.

The driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 4 cars, while it is possible to also park a boat the street is narrow and you will need a 4WD to reverse into the driveway . Definitely small to medium boats only. There is an outside shower to rinse when you return from the beach or lagoon .

This is the first time in more than 8 years that The Blue House has been offered for Holiday rental and is very new to the market giving it availability to the peak Xmas season. Definitely a place where you feel relaxed and close to the breakwalls for your morning and evening strolls .
