Located in the Howqua Valley, between the townships of Mansfield & Jamieson the Black Sparrow accommodation cottages consist of
fully self contained 1, 2, and 3 bedroom cottages/chalets. Built on different levels of the 50 acres property, all with a view.

Situated on the lower level there are 5 well-appointed 2 and 3 bedroom cottages nestled in a bush setting of majestic gums and native trees. The cottages are in close proximity to the recreation areas allowing families and children easy access to the various activities the property has to offer.

The 1 bedroom couples chalets are situated on a higher level, with views down the valley, but still only a short walk to the recreation areas.

With it's close proximity to both Lake Eildon & the ski fields of Mt Buller the Black Sparrow is ideally situated for people wishing to experience adventure in the high country. The not so adventurous can kick back on their deck and savour the stunning views over the lake and surrounding countryside.

Recreation at the Black Sparrow includes tennis, outdoor pool, garden chess, fire pit, springfree trampoline, fishing, yabbying (seasonal), and walks on and around the property.
