Bathroom 2 - Newly renovated, separate shower and vanity. Also includes laundry with new wash/machine, dryer & laundry sink, iron/ironing board (& outside clothes drying line)

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher (includes all cutlery, crockery, glasses & mugs). Essential cooking items also included. There is also a walk in pantry with sink and plenty of cupboard space. PRE HOLIDAY SUPERMARKET SHOPPING CAN BE EASILY ARRANGED .... YOU PROVIDE YOUR LIST, WE BUY AND PUT AWAY IN THE KITCHEN READY FOR YOU.
NOTE : Bed and Breakfast option is available. A delicious basket of breakfast goodies delivered to your door.

Two large open plan living areas, the first on entry designed for reading & relaxation. The second with its large flat screen TV & BlueRay/DVD player & access to the BBQ deck more for entertainment.

BBQ & gas (included in price) as well as a covered deck with table tennis table at rear with space for kids to run around & play on the low maintenance grass.

The rooms are very spacious, reverse cycle air-con in main living area & all windows have blinds and insect screens. Room heaters also available.
