The Back Clinic offers a range of services to completely rehabilitate anyone who is suffering chronic or acute back pain or sciatica. This is not a way of managing pain but a start to completely overcoming pain and leading a fully functional life. I am a fully qualified Remedial Masseuse with a Batchelor of Health Science and a certified stretch therapist.

After years of struggling with back pain and spending thousands of dollars on different cures and health services I decided to find a better way. I spent 2 years researching and doing courses before I stumbled upon stretch therapy and Kit Laughlin. Kit has rehabilitated many Australian athletes and is an amazing practitioner. His Techniques are a big part of The Back Clinics approach to dealing with pain. Stretch therapy is not simply stretching but a way to completely re program the tension of your muscles.

Whether your pain is chronic or acute we can help. Tension and a lack of mobility are the key factors in causing pain. Most back pain is caused from a lack of mobility and increased tension in the hips. The key is how to make changes that will eliminate the pain.

We offer one on one consultation and group classes.
Massage Stretch therapy $60/hr at the clinic $80 for a home visit.
Classes $15 (max 6 per class)
