The Australian Strength & Conditioning Hub is your one stop shop for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. If your a mum with a bub, a baby boomer, a busy executive, an elite athlete, or just want to feel better, than we have a service for you. Here at the TASC Hub, we believe there is a large proportion of people in society that are missing out on the benefits that a healthy lifestyle can bring. Our goal is to fill these gaps. We will achieve this by providing a broad range of services, some of which are unique to us. We have programs such as Ladies with babies Group fitness, Baby Boomers Group fitness, Woman’s group fitness classes, Personal training, Sports Coaching, Supplements with Crossfit & Rehab coming on board shortly. All our class sizes are capped which creates an intimate, friendly, team environment, filled with fun and success. We are also working on initiatives and programs to be delivered for the younger generations in schools.

We hope to use these vehicles to create some changes in attitudes towards exercise, and show you that exercise can change your life and be fun. All our services aim to teach you to move effectively, safely, and provide you with the skills to go out and exercise by yourself, so you can live the rest of your life experiencing the benefits of exercise.
