Sam Ward-Grodd was drawn to the fitness industry in 2005 when at the age of 30, in a new town with a new baby; she decided there must be a way to feel better. She joined the gym and after a year of participating in classes, Sam decided to make a career out of her new love. She completed her Certificate III in Fitness in 2007 and became a Body Vive Instructor and trainer for Solutions Health and Fitness Club whilst continuing with her studies, completing her Certificate IV in 2009. Sam’s extensive knowledge and genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives has led her to the position of Head Trainer for Solutions Health and Fitness Club.
