Hollie Goodall is an all-round Personal Trainer with experience in swim coaching, triathlon coaching, rehabilitation, boot camps, Pilates and children’s fitness. Her achievements both personal and professional are impressive, some of which include 2002 Professional Tri-athlete of the Year – QLD and Surf Iron Woman NT Champion 2008. Hollie owns and runs HG Fitness in Darwin, running a long list of programs for all sorts of clients from Boot Camps to Mum ‘n Bubs. As well as training her clients and having 16 employees running mobile training sessions she can also boast the first health retreat in NT, opening late 2011. As well as making a difference in people’s lives though Personal Training, Hollie also trains and mentors upcoming Personal Trainers with the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers, insuring that the next generation of Personal Trainers is as well trained and dedicated to changing lives as she is.
