The Asian Take Away

We are Annie Ye and Sokha Mau, co-founders of The Asian Take Away. We began our store in Gwynneville. We were the only two staff members at the time.

Until eight years ago, the only experience I had in the take away business was as a part-time kitchen hand at one of the Chinese Take Away in Liverpool for two years. Almost every thing I know about the take away business, I have learned at The Asian Take Away.

Today, The Asian Take Away is a prominent brand in Wollongong region and we have 15 team members. At The Asian Take Away, we are all ordinary people, but we CARE and we are SERIOUS of what each of us are accountable for in order to deliver the extraordinary and identical result each and every single time.

And our mission is clear:

· A commitment of excellent service with CARE.
· To uphold the highest professional standard in take away food services.
· Business Development Process is an endless task at The Asian Take Away.
