My training is in Counselling with the use of Art therapy processes, as a means of helping clients to communicate and investigate thoughts and feelings that may have previously been difficult to verbalise. As well as seeking solutions for life's problems, Art therapy often results in the type of enlightenment that provides a deeper understanding of ones self and of those closest to us.
