Rules of engagement

TTPS is a great school with a positive feel to it. This extends to our online presence on our website and here on Facebook. The purpose of this page is to keep our community informed and up to date as well as celebrate some of the fantastic things happening within our school.

In interacting as part of our school community on Facebook, we ask that you use the same courtesy and appropriate conduct you would in our physical school environment. In line with the Facebook terms and conditions, no one under the age of 13 years should have a Facebook profile. Therefore, any of our students who “like” our page or engage in the TTPS Facebook page will be deleted and reported immediately.

TTPS encourages involvement and interaction from our online community but we do not take responsibility for comments or wall posts made by visitors to our page. Comments posted do not reflect the opinions or policies of TTPS or the Department of Education and Communities. We ask that all people participating on our page show respect for fellow users by ensuring your contributions remain civil and appropriate for a public forum. All comments are subject to Facebook’s Terms of Use and Code of Conduct. TTPS reserves the right to remove comments or posts that do not meet school or Facebook standards of engagement and expectations of respectful community behaviour. Specific concerns or questions are best addressed to the appropriate staff in another forum.
