Tesselaar Tulip Festival

The 2017 Tesselaar Tulip Festival will open Thursday September 14 and run daily from 10am to 5pm until Tuesday October 10.
Witness the beauty of over a million spring flowers in bloom.
Events for the 2017 Tesselaar Tulip Festival include:

Sept 15-17 Turkish Weekend
See exciting and colourful Turkish performers, music, folk dancing, belly dancing. Experience cultural and artistic demonstrations and displays and be tempted by a selection of delicious Turkish food.

Sept 22-24: Dutch Weekend
Grab your clogs and see the festival transform into a mini-Holland! Including Dutch entertainment, Dutch games and of course Poffertjes, Croquettes, Oliebollen, Stroopwafels, Pea & Ham Soup, Reifkoek, Frikandellen and much more.

Sept 29 - Oct 1: Food, Wine, and Jazz Weekend
A fusion of Groove, Gastronomy and Grapes in the Garden. Enjoy non-stop tunes all weekend, with free wine and beer tasting from the region's great boutique wineries and breweries. Grab your friends and come enjoy a wonderful day out in the hills.

Children's Days: Sept 25-29 & Oct 2-5

Every kids day: Treat the kids to a day of adventure with a great line up of on stage entertainment, activities and fun! Includes animal petting zoo, reptiles, face painting, tales in fairy hollow, Dutch games, gnome hunt, craft workshops, tractor rides & more. The kids won't want to leave!

Oct 6-8: Irish Weekend:
Eat, drink, laugh and be Irish’ (Old Irish wisdom - Anon). A 'craic' of a weekend, one full of fun, Irish music, Irish dancing, roving pipers and leprechauns! Of course you will also find Irish Coffee, Guinness & Kilkenny available and you might even find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!
