TEK - Technology Enrichment for Kids

Does your child understand the basic principles of electric circuits? Do you have the time to dedicate to supporting your child’s initial foray into the world of science? We all aspire to have the time and resources to set our children up to succeed, but time constraints often interfere with these plans.

The Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) subjects are a group of disciplines increasingly identified as key curriculum focus areas in schools. Subject to operating constraints schools offer some exposure to STEM subjects, often with a particular bias towards the older years.

Recognising this reality Technology Enrichment for Kids (TEK) came about with the intent of introducing to children to technology concepts in a fun and engaging manner.

The target audience is 8 to 14 year olds and different workshops will be aimed at differing levels of experience. The class size will be between 12 to 15 individuals and capped at 15.
