Hi, my name is Sam Benstead. I started my health and fitness journey from a young age when I was involved with swimming, long distance running and football (soccer). Apart from competing in these sports I am also interested in the food we eat for energy and good health. My family no longer eat grains and minimal dairy and I enjoy this food immensely.
Apart from school and my Cert III, I also train most days and this year I have started coaching (as an assistant) a young football team.
As I have grown into an active healthy teenager, I have discovered that I would like to complete my Certificate III in Fitness to help me accomplish my goal of becoming a team fitness trainer/strength and conditioning coach and while living a healthy lifestyle.
