Team Boss Community Fitness

Here at Team Boss, I do things a little differently. I'm a personal trainer with over a decade of industry experience, who has been on both sides of the fitness fence. I offer an in-home studio that offers one on one sessions as well as motivational group personal training for up to 5 people. Out of the weather and well equipped, you can even bring your kids along. I also offer outdoor bootcamp, boxing and run club. Come and show fitness who is boss!
