Just a little about myself, I have 7 years military experience where I had the opportunity to train soldiers whilst on operation and in preparation for upcoming physical challenges.

During that time I developed my passion for physical training and became a Personal Trainer.

I love obstacle racing and fitness. I am always working to develop programs to support these passions particularly when faced with common challenges such as study, work commitments and long term travel.
