Hi My name is Stephen Taylor,
I am proud to introduce to you my personal business "Taylord Fitness". For many years I have lived and breathed fitness and enjoy the numerous benefits and positive change that is has made in my life. Its time for me to use my knowledge and skills to help others do the same.

Everybody is capable of amazing things and having the right care and guidance will make anything possible. Thats where Taylord Fitness comes in with individual programs built for each and every client depending on there goals and also there skills and experience.

All 1-on-1 training is conducted in a private studio so there is no waiting, no distractions, nobody else but you and a fully qualified experienced trainer guiding you towards your own goals one exercise at a time. Using a combination of classic and the latest training techniques and equipment you are guaranteed a new and exciting way to train.
