My passion for photography has been growing rapidly since I began working in the child care industry, almost seven years ago. I have gained valuable experience throughout the larger portion of that time, as a Lead Educator in Long Day Care/Child Care Centres. To further my experience on a more personal level, I have since spent the past two years working as a full time Private Nanny. I trust that my ability to communicate, gently guide and build relationships with children, is fundamental to the overall outcome of a photo shoot.

My primary goal for each photography session, is to capture images that are natural, relaxed and fun. I believe that if I endeavour to make sure that my clients have fun and feel comfortable during their shoot, we will then capture various beautiful and natural photos.

I love getting to know my clients as I can then create a unique photo session that compliments and illustrates their style, using various props, colours, themes, backdrops and outfits etc.

I absolutely love capturing outdoor family photos, including children of all ages, and even pets! Nice family photos can be so hard to snap, particularly when one person almost always has to jump out to take the photo (not to mention trying to get everyone to look the camera and smile). I always encourage families to simply have fun during their shoot, so that we avoid having an album full of forced, stressful and unnatural, posed photos.
