I have been a registered naturopath, nutritionist hypnotherapist and life coach in Australia and Germany since 2004.

In 2011 I added hypnotherapy and NLP to my carefully chosen “tool box”. I am also a mum of two girls aged 6 and 7. For me life is all about vitality and well-being and that you are able to enjoy living.

I specialise in all stress and lifestyle connected disorders from weight and food related problems, to Diabetes, chronic diseases, Thyroid disease, bowel disorders, exhaustion and fatigue, anxiety or burn out.

Also – naturally – I treat every aspect of women’s health, from period problems, feeling overwhelmed to conception care or menopause.
