Taste of TamO'Shanter

Taste of Tam O’Shanter is a Boutique Tasmanian business. We grow all our own main ingredients raising from heirloom seeds. Having complete knowledge from the beginning of the plants life nurturing plants with organic materials, using no chemicals, right through to the pot where our love of great flavours and cooking comes to light.

Because we grow our own produce and source Tasmanian ingredients where ever possible we have a smaller carbon footprint as well as supporting other local businesses.

Taste of Tam O’Shanter concentrates mainly on Tomato and Chilli products but have other popular lines such as Beetroot Relish, Pumpkin Chutney, as well as some jams, these depend on the season and what’s available in the garden.
