Tassie Makers Market

The Tassie Makers Market has come to exist because a group of craftspeople and producers saw the need for a regular Hand Made market in the Tamar Valley where they could sell their quality hand made items and produce.



Our market brings together some of the best producers and growers, craftspeople and artisans from the northern Tasmania region, our stallholders live and work in the Tamar Valley, Launceston region and beyond. They bring their high quality handmade works to market at Legana on the Second Saturday of every month.


We feature craftspeople and artisans who offer high quality, handmade crafts, including jewellery, home wares, quilts, cards, children's clothing, wooden toys, hand made soaps and more.


You'll find fabulous foods, such as locally grown fruit, preserves, cakes, biscuits. There are also beverages to go with them from the world class Tamar Valley wine region.
