Tasmanian Martial Arts Council

The Tasmanian Martial Arts Council (TMAC) was established in Tasmania in July 1983. It has brought together some of the best Martial Artists in Tasmania in a collegial manner to exchange views and techniques and assist in the development of Instructors and students.

The Tasmanian Martial Arts Council acts as a body to represent the views of the Martial Arts community to Government and to the public. It is able through its web site and its networks to promote Martial Artists in this state in a positive manner. It is also a mechanism to promote tournaments and seminars and involve other martial artists in events organised by its members.

The Council wishes to invite your organisation to apply for membership to expand the Councils activities and the input it receives from Martial Arts organisations in Tasmania. Please go to the Contact Section and add your contact details if you would like a TMAC Membership application form and a brochure outlining the role of the Council sent to you.
