Target Dietitians

Target Dietitians provides evidence-based, best-practice dietetics services to individuals within their home and community through home visiting, daycare, preschool and school visiting, attendance at community participation programs, transition to work programs, day programs and supported accommodation settings.

We provide professional, person-centred, caring services delivered by experienced Dietitians.

We are dedicated to assisting children and adults achieve the best possible outcomes and improve their health and wellbeing.

Our Dietitians have extensive experience working with children and adults with complex eating and drinking, enteral feeding, fussy eating, allergies & intolerances, and special diets in a variety of settings.

All of our Dietitians are full members of the Dietitians Association of Australia who participate in the Continuing Professional Development Program and Accredited Practising Dietitians.

Medicare and Private Health Insurance rebates are available to eligible service users.

Target Dietitians is registered to provide supports for NDIS participants.

We specialise in providing assessment and treatment for children and adults in the following areas: Enteral Feeding (NG & PEG Tube Feeding), Fussy Eating, Feeding Problems, Weight Management, Special Diets e.g. coeliac disease and PKU, General Nutrition Advice & Education.
