Peter Johnson is an ASCA certified strength and conditioning coach with his master training from the Australian Institute of Fitness and Master Functional Trainer from Australian Institute of Kettlebells. He is also the founder of Tank Training, a company focused on personalised fitness programs that add mobility, functionality along with strength of mind and body. On top of this, he has over 18 years of experience as a competitive ice hockey player. Peter is passionate about hybrid functional training, power lifting and strength and conditioning, but the most important thing for him is helping people build a solid body foundation for their journey through life.
