Talk about it.

When a parent suffers from anxiety, depression or stress the children suffer too. They do not understand what is going on - they just feel lonely and guilty. This is terrible!

The book "Talk about it..." helps children understand. They can read the book on their own and you can speak with them. This is really important! Conversation is the only way to counteract the lonely feelings, isolation and guilt children experience when growing up in families struck by mental illness.
