TADQ takes requests from therapists and individuals to adapt, modify or design and make aids that are not commercially attainable to the frail aged or people with a disability.
TADQ rely on our highly skilled technical volunteers as our labor force to deliver project services at a minimal cost to our clients.
TADQ volunteers provide a resource pool of design, trade, engineering & paramedical expertise, plus many other professional & technical skills.
TADQ projects are limited by only 2 factors, the requirements of our client's and the ingenuity of our Technical Volunteers. Projects range from a simple fold-down shower seat to a sophisticated sensory den enabling children with a variety of disabilities to experience senses such as sound, light and touch, things we take for granted in our daily lives.
TADQ continues to produce hundreds of items each year for minimal costs to individuals and groups providing technical support for people with a disability and the frail aged to help them with everyday living.
