Our Tadpoles centres which commenced operation in 2006 are unique in the childcare industry as they were all designed and constructed in house with expert input from the Tadpoles management team of experienced childcare educators. This resulted in centres, which meet the demands of young minds and make it practical and easy for staff as well. It also allows us to provide additional extras as standard for all centres including air conditioning and exciting water park playgrounds.

We are unique in the industry for having a long standing team of educators with many of our staff with over 10 years service at Tadpoles Cooroy, we recognise that our staff are our most valuable asset and pride ourselves on supporting them in their learning and development. Our staff are provided with paid professional development and the opportunity to achieve qualifications through a traineeships or apprenticeships. We believe that the ongoing education of our staff is crucial to the education of your precious child.
