Brendan Hughes: is a former Australian Army Physical Training Instructor with 15 years of full time military service. Graduating from the Defence Force Physical Training School in 1995, he has held the position of Physical Training Supervisor for both the 2nd Battalion Infantry and Special Air Service Regiment.
Since 2006 Brendan has been active in the mining and private sectors as a fitness and training consultant at home and abroad.
Brendan has run fitness and training camps for such notable organizations as the WA Police TRG, Australian Cricket team, West Coast Eagles, North Qld Cowboy’s, WAFL, US Marines, Carlton United, Mine Rescue Teams, and even Royalty, where Prince Harry was once keen to take his advice on back care.
It is his unique and diverse experience that has led to the development of his unique and uncompromising training systems.
Brendan has been a certified Fitness instructor since 1988, accredited strength and conditioning coach and has helped hundreds of people interested in improving their strength and endurance.
A passionate advocate of the fitness lifestyle, Brendan continues to lead by personal example with daily strength and endurance training utilizing the very principles he teaches.
