Synergy Intentional Dance Events

Synergy: Intentional Dance Experience was birthed in 2009 in Austin, Texas, USA by its mama- Lydia Hikari Marolda out of a desire to weave conscious movement, community, art and music in a drug and alcohol free environment.

What started out as a few friends coming together to share their passion for good beats, good food and good vibes, bloomed and flowered into amazing regular events that grew and lovingly held the Austin tribe.

When she moved to Australia in 2012, she didn’t know that Synergy would also come with her. After sharing about these events and what they were like with some of her new family, they were inspired and excited at the possibility of co-creating similar events here in Australia. From hence was born the 2.0 version: Synergy IDE Australia.

Since that time, we have produced many an extraordinary event in Melbourne- weaving our hearts and minds in Synergy; and growing our tribe one event at a time. It has been the perfect space for our crew to deepen connections, practice healthy communication and co-create yummy experiences for our greater community to participate in.

Each event is always different, yet what remains at the core is: creating spaces for deep community connections, the celebration of art, music and being awe struck each and every time at the power of joining hearts and hands in the name of Synergy!
