My journey of understanding the miraculous human ability to overcome pain, adapt and heal naturally began very early in life, as a series of personal traumas and upheavals were among my first and greatest teachers.
The love of my Mother & Father, their commitment and sacrifices taught me such amazing lessons about the power of faith and true caring touch to alleviate suffering. <3 This background, combined with parenting my own beautiful, amazingly wise children, and other people as a carer, further taught me much more about the importance of attending to the process of NURTURING for strengthening the body, mind and spirit.

Completing formal studies has allowed me to not only continue learning, but also develop a passion for helping those in need, and what a wonderful journey of enriching experiences it is, growing in awareness & remembrance of ancient knowledge, disciplines and practices that are continually being scientifically proven more complimentary and positively effective towards vibrant well being promotion in our modern times.

Each person i have shared the journey with has strengthened this knowledge and further developed appreciation of the miraculous ability that love has to heal and empower our lives.

SYNCocreations was launched during 2016, with offerings extending to Play for Life Coaching, including development of the KorRestore Garden Sanctuary Retreat. :)

This a very exciting venture and I feel so honored to be able to engage in such beautiful work promoting balanced health and well being, inhaling love and exhaling gratitude Always <3
