We provide affordable, easily accessible psychological support to anyone who requires some assistance in managing their mental health.

Our psychologists work with you to embrace a Recovery approach, allowing us to work together in identifying the most effective, evidence based approach for you.

In addition, we regularly run mental health education and training programs on-site in our office and we can run all of our programs on-site in your office as well.

For local small to medium sized businesses we also offer a Local Employee Assistance Program (LEAP), providing staff with access to one-on-one psychological support in-person or over the phone and access to training programs to enhance staff mental health.
