Each of our cake or cupcake topper is handmade using high quality fondant. As each toppers is hand crafted they may vary slightly from the picture displayed, however, every attempt is made to make toppers as accurately as possible.

Fondant toppers can be made with different colours depending on the particular topper if requested. BUT please check prior to ordering to avoid disappointment as I can only take on limited custom orders and may be booked out.

PAYMENT
Payment is accepted through Paypal, an invoice will be issued to on receipt of your order including freight.
Orders will not be made or posted until full payment has been received.
All sales are final and non-refundable.

SHIPPING
Your order will be packaged using food grade materials, these include tissue paper and bubble wrap, before being placed in a box and sent to you. For this reason the postage charge of $8.50 cannot be reduced. See multiple orders for additional information.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post using standard shipping. Express post or tracking can be purchasedmay be available in metropolitan areas for an additional cost of $2.50 per order.

MULTIPLE ORDERS
Postage cost can be confirmed prior to ordering. Saving on postage will always be attempted for multiple orders. BUT please not that 2 dozen cupcake toppers instead of 1 dozen can only be posted together to save on postage if they will fit safely into one postage box and doesn't exceed 500g when packed. If a larger package is require then postage will then be $13.40. Additions such as the 'Star and Meteor' set will normally fit safely boxed with the 'Star Wars' and 'Dr Who' toppers at the standard $8.50.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Please select your product carefully. Due to the nature of the product, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. For this reason extra care is taken to package you product.

FAQs and GENERAL INFORMATION
Please allow approximately two weeks to make and dry your order. If the product is currently in stock then your order will be shipped within two days from payment. Standard shipping takes between 3 to 5 working days. If you require a product quickly please message to confirm availability.

Storage
Fondant should be stored in a cool dry place to maintain a long shelf life. Avoid excessive heat, moisture (such as a humid area) and sunlight to prevent fading.

DO NOT refrigerate or freeze your cake once the fondant topper and decorations have been applied. Fondant becomes sticky from a moist environment. If you wish your cake to remain refrigerated until the day required then fondant decorations should be applied on the day. Cakes covered with fondant can be kept at room temperature as the fondant seals the cake, otherwise please follow the above recommendation for butter icing.

The Cake – This is for large cakes, not cupcakes.
Cake is best baked the day before use to avoid it being TOO fresh. Fresh cake is fantastic to eat but if refrigerated over night it will be firmer and stronger. You can apply the icing whenever you wish but as some cake toppers are heavier than others, refrigerating overnight can be beneficial and avoid damage to a fresh soft cake. A couple of strong straws can be cut to length and inserted into the cake where the topper will sit if you feel your cake is particularly soft or fresh.

Fondant should be handled with care. Allow your iced cake to sit out of the fridge for 20 minutes prior to placing smaller decorations on it. Avoid moist hands and place carefully onto decorate cake.

Structural supports
You will be reminded on receipt of your cake topper and or decoration if additional supports such as floral wire or bamboo sticks have been used.
